To begin with we seek a genuine connection with our clients. We do not offer our services clinically, dispassionately—in fact quite the opposite. We are all lonely to a greater or lesser extent. We are separated by screens, by walls, by social media and culture. Especially in London there is nothing more lonely than being surrounded by a sea of people who are strangers.
We teach that we should maximize the number of sincere hugs in our lives. One can't do two wrong if aligning to that. Money is a secondary effect of the value we bring to each other.
